Our only objective is the expedited shipping and the prompt delivery to your choice of destinations worldwide.  International clients are offered consolidated airfreight rates. In the US, in addition to the consolidated airfreight rates, we also conduct the prompt clearing of your hunting trophies at our centrally located facility in the Denver, Colorado metro area.

     From the moment we have your signed consent/required deposit in hand to act on your behalf, (as explained elsewhere, it is much better to be brought in before the hunt rather than afterwards) our focus is on communication. We contact the outfitter you will be hunting with, the dip/pack provider and if applicable the facility that will be doing the crating for shipping. It is in the manner of a partnership, between you, the client and us, the service provider.

     Because partnerships by definition enhance strengths and diminish weaknesses and are chosen because once they become partners, they become actively involved as they have a motivation to see the “company” succeed, the trouble with partners is they always expect dividends, and these profits are generated through charging their clients more. Where could we find partners who would not expect such a dividend?

     Each and every sportsman who has hunted abroad and saw what he was charged for shipping his trophies home, is a potential partner, the harder the partner works at sharing information about this venue, the more they save on airfreight charges simply because by combining their individual consignment with those he shares a camp with or those who have or are about to hunt with the same outfitter and have signed with us, increases the weight of the consolidated shipment but lowers the per Kg. costs.

     Sportsmen should demand preferential treatment and should only settle for service by those who know what the word means, as it did once upon a time.

We offer our partners consolidated air freight rates worldwide.

     In order for you, the client to receive this favorable rate offered by consolidating consignments, you have to insist that the outfitter understand that we will handle the air freighting of the consignment. I would urge that you have your wishes written into the hunting contract you sign with your outfitter as well as notifying the dip/pack facilitator, (again I would urge that you have the instruction Powers Expediters will handle the shipping and all documentation is to be sent immediately upon completion, written into the dip/pack contract) who generally handle the shipping arrangements so there is no opportunity for “misunderstanding” There will be a great deal of “resistance” but we are talking about saving money and showing the same decision making used in deciding who you would hunt with, to decide who & how your trophies will be shipped.
