Unlike Customs brokers, our only objective is the expedited clearing of your hunting trophies into the US and prompts delivery to you.
We invite you to review our site, we will try to explain the process as it exists now and what we feel are deficiencies and what should be and must be done to put a measure of control over what is done and more importantly how it is done in the handling of your trophies, back in your control where it belongs.
From the moment you contact us to act on your behalf, our focus is on communication, with you as well as the outfitter, the dip/pack provider (if applicable) as well as the facility responsible for crating/shipping.
We urge you to ask as many questions as you like and rest assured you will be kept informed all through the process. We are clients as well, and after seeing the inadequacies in the existing “system” began looking for alternatives to those shortcomings.
As the system now stands, on African safaris the client arrives and met by the outfitter and typically on the way out of town are taken to meet the dip/pack facilitator, shown the facility and given a price list. This is the same as going to a car dealer and saying I want to by a car and not knowing what you want or how much to spend.
Your initial inquiry to the outfitter should ask for the contact information of the dip/pack facilitator the outfitter uses. Contact this facilitator and ask the questions in the first paragraph of the “Why Bother” page. Compare the answers/rates received to what you are told when you visit them prior to your safari.
